My trust is in You, O Lord, my God!
For whatever the future may hold.
My hope is in You, for the days up ahead;
Whether dark and gloomy, or as bright as pure gold.
When Jesus Your Son, died on Calvary's cross,
He saved me, and made me one of Your own….
As Your child, O God, I rejoice in the promise,
That You'll never forsake me, or leave me alone.
My trust is in You, O God, my Father…
For I know You're in total control,
Of all that affects my journey in life,
Whether days of great joy, or troubles untold.
"Tis Your power and grace that will keep me going,
When my pathway grows rugged and steep.
"Tis Your Almighy hand that will lift and guide me,
When the waves become treacherous, and the waters too deep
Oh God, my dear Father, I give praise and thanksgiving
For all that You are, and all that You give;
For Your love and guidance…for Your mercy and grace;
For each day on this earth, You give me to live.
