“Heavenly-Father, High and Mighty,….who; from Your Throne, beholds all the dwellers on Earth and Reigns with Power-Supreme; and uncontrolled, over all the kingdoms, empires and governments,…look-down, in Mercy: we beseech Thee. We, who have fled to Thee, from the rod of our oppressors,…and; thrown ourselves on Thy Gracious protection, desiring hence-forth to be dependent only on You; to Thee, we do look-up,…for that countenance, and support; which You alone, can give!”…

“Take us, therefore,…Heavenly-Father; under Thy nurturing care. Give us Your Wisdom, in council and valor in this field we call Earth. Defeat the malicious designs of our cruel adversaries; convince them of the uprightness of Your cause,…and; if we persist, in purpose,…let the Voice of Thy own unerring justice; sound in our hearts, constraining us to drop the weapons of war,…from: our unnerving hands, in the day of Battle!”…

“Be Thou present, Almighty-God of Love,…and; direct the councils of this our assembly, enabling us to settle things, on the best and surest foundation,…that; the scene of blood, may be speedily closed; that order, harmony, and people may be effectually restored,…and; Truth and Justice, our Faith and piety prevail. May it flourish among,…Your people. Preserve the health, of our bodies,…and; vigor of our minds. Shower-down on us, and the others we Love,…with such temporal blessings; as Thou seest expedient, for us in this World. And, crown us with Everlasting-Glory,…in the New World: to come!”…
