Little Miss House Keeper

Little Miss House Keeper

There she is cleaning
Washing dishes and laundry too
Our little Miss house keeper
Cooking supper for her few

Though she's just a teen
Her mom and dad both have jobs
So she does all she can to keep,
The house from looking like a slob

She sweeps and she mops
Sometimes it eases her mind
And helps keep her from trouble
That others so many easly find

There are some her age
That already have kids
But she has saved herself
and so glad that she did

Sometimes crying herself to sleep
Thinking how life isn't fare
Though she doesn't have a job
She cleans house for her share

At least until she finishes school
She has her dreams she wants to ful-fill
So she'll go to college get a degree
Until then it seems time stands still

So she cleans and cooks everyday
Our little Miss house keeper girl
At times when she thinks of boys
Her mind goes spinning in a whirl

TO SOME WE SEEM LIKE A FOOL
BUT OUR WORDS OF POETRY
IS JUST OUR EXPESSION TOOL
