The Spider
The Spider
The Spider
She sit up in the corner
Waiting for her prey
something like a fly
To come flying her way
Then she'll wrap it up
After giving it a bite
Waiting for it to die
This might go into the night
She'll needs the nutrients
For she has eggs yet to lay
To pass on her heritage
For others to follow her ways
She has many enimies
More than she cares to know
So she has to be careful
Or her babies will not show
Yes, she's just a spider
Right there in her web
Waiting for her catches
She won't eat until their dead
So many are so scared of her
Though she means no harm
But I know some women
That scream out like an alarm
She must watch out for the swatters
As well as all the sprays
They seem to get more deadly
With each of her passing days
If you feel something crawling
Right there on your skin
Don't kill that poor spider
It just wants to be your friend
