In darkness many roam,
their heart and souls harden and bitter,
seeing only the negative side of life,
hate grows grimmer.
Childhood neglected, rears its ugly head,
pushed aside and ignored,
leaves dark scares to manifest
and grow acts of abhorrent.
Children fill our society
living in darkness
with twisted and evil thoughts…
Their ways and means comes to death.
Innocent victims are caught in the crossfire’s,
darkness reigns time after time.
Compassion and visual attention non-existing
In a world of darkness and crime.
