Waiting Is A Pain

Post by Rufus Curtis » Tue Jan 15, 2013 8:07 am

Waiting is a real pain
We all must do it sometime
No way can we abstain
Sometimes we must wait in line

Patience is often thin
Not enough to stand the wait
We're sorry that we came in
But there's no way to escape

Waiting for this and for that
Every day it seems the same
Even if we tell them "STAT!"
We must play the waiting game

It can cause tempers to flare
And make our blood seem to boil
We can't wait to get out of there
Before something we destroy

I'm sure waiting will remain
A big old pain in the butt
From grumbling we must abstain
Or we'll be labeled a nut

So this lesson we must learn
Take waiting with a grain of salt
We all must wait our turn
That's life and it's not our fault

Inspired by waiting
for our car to be serviced

I can relate to this, I have to say my husband is the worse LOL! I am learning to try to be more patient but sometimes waiting does get to me. This is really good and I know so many can relate to it.
God Bless You Eva
