Calling Prayer Warriors for my dear cat, Mimmo...

Calling Prayer Warriors for my dear cat, Mimmo...
Dear Friends,
Is it OK. to ask for prayer requests for animals, may I ask, please?? I wonder...
My cat Mimmo is in the Vet's Clinic and Surgery Room at this point,
undergoing an emergency surgery in his colon intestine. Doctors will remove his colon.
He suffers from a chronic constipation and megacolon, which is
a giant colon intestine without the proper function.
Mimmo is being operated at this moment. Please, pray for Mimmo's
complete healing and prompt recovery.
He'll be back home in a few days, if that is God's will.
Mimmo is 9 years old now. I rescued him at 15 days old.
He was abandoned under a plant in the Hospital backyard where my companion worked.
I don't understand how cruel people could be towards defendless animals or puppies.
I send this prayer request right away, so that you may begin to pray as soon as possible
for my dear cat Mimmo. I don't know if he will have a normal quality life after his surgery,
but I certainly pray that he will live his full adorable and loving life with me.
I love all my dear cats. I am an animal lover, and an animal's advocate.
I rescued many animals in my lifetime. Many were in a pretty bad shape...
I always try to save their lives as much as I can. Please, would you pray for Mimmo??...
I shall let you know the updates of Mimmo's Health as soon as I know something.
Thank you in advance for your kind and caring prayers, my dear friends at Net Hugs!!
God may bless you all!!
In God's Garden,
Monica Bertrand.

Thank you, Eva and Karen for your loving and heartfelt prayers for Mimmo!!
God listens to our prayers when we truly believe in the power of prayers.
Mimmo had surgery last Wednesday. Doctors removed half of his colon intestine.
They released him last Friday evening. Mimmo came home and spent Saturday with us.
However, Mimmo developed a sign of high fever in his body last night, on Saturday night.
So, my companion, Doctor Paul, took Mimmo to the Vet's Clinic at midnight.
Today is Sunday. Mimmo is under control in the Clinic. His temperature is a little lower,
but still high with his white cells just too high in his bloodstream, which is a sign of general infection.
Last night, Mimmo was lying on the sofa, and I touched his belly to feel his temperature.
It felt very hot. So, Doctor Paul took his temperature, and it was very high.
Then, right away, he called the Vet and the Clinic to send him there back again.
Mimmo will remain in the Vet's Clinic for the next few days. If that is God's will,
Mimmo will come back home early this coming week. Anyway, Mimmo will be in serious
health conditions fighting infections that may occur at anytime, since he has undergone
a colon intestine surgery. Mimmo kept the right colon. Doctors removed the left side
of his colon intestine which was ill. It was sort of a paralyzed organ. Mimmo suffered a chronic
constipation for many years. He could not move his bowels, and kept feces into his body.
That is very serious, you know, for it it highly toxic. It could cause death for a general infection.
Plus, I let you know that my desktop computer broke down. It won't be back, I guess.
Now, I borrow my companion's small laptop for a short while to read my Emails and type my posts,
when Doctor Paul is not using his laptop. I hope you can understand me, please.
Well, I shall return with more news as soon as I know more about Mimmo.
God bless you all, my dear Net Hugs friends.
Until we write again.
Love and Hugs from Monica.

Dear Eva and all Net Hugs friends,
I am so sorry to let you know sad news about my dear cat Mimmo. He is only 9 years young.
He is in bad shape at this point. The Vets at the Clinic found out that he had not been well operated.
The surgery was not done well. Mimmo's intestine is broken, and its content is going
to his poor abdomen and blood stream. Tomorrow, Mimmo will be re-operated again
trying to solve the problem. The stitches placed in Mimmo's intestine opened up.
Can you imagine how serious this condition is?? Mimmo got a serious infection,
and that is the reason why he had high temperature on Saturday in my home.
PLEASE, PRAY VERY HARD FOR THE LIFE OF MY DEAR CAT, MIMMO!!
MIMMO IS BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH. PLEASE, PRAY FOR HIS LIFE TO STAY LONGER
WITH ME!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!! I LOVE ALL MY DEAR CATS VERY MUCH!!
Do you have any idea how much my dear cats mean to me??
Do you have any idea how much they all love me?? I am their mother.
I fed them since they were 15 days old. They were abandoned as kittens in a hospital backyard.
I saved them all at that point. But now, all these bad things are breaking my heart...
Thank you all in advance for your caring and heartfelt prayers for my dear cat, Mimmo!!
God may bless you all!!
Monica. :(

My dear trusted friends at Net Hugs,

I am so sorry to post the health updates of Mimmo this late.
Unfortunately, my best friend, my dear cat Mimmo did not make it.
He went to Heaven on Tuesday, April 5th, 2011, at the age of 9.
The sad news is due that the Veterinarian made a bad surgery in his colon intestine.
The Vet broke Mimmo's colon intestine. He killed my cat. He did it, and I hate him for that...
The Vet was the one who sent my best friend to Heaven. He was a cruel heartless Vet.
I am disabled in many ways, so Paul is the one in charge to handle all things,
including our animals. This Vet was recommended by his colleague at Hospital.
Paul did not know he was a bad Vet. In fact, most of them are butchers in my
corner of the world. There is nothing like the United States, the best country in the world.
You know that I live in South America at this point in time. It's unbearable for me to say good-bye.
You see, I still mourn the loss of my best friend. I feel as if thousands arrows shattered
my heart in million pieces. My life won't ever be the same again without his love. I can't write now...
Mimmo was indeed, the one who inspired and encouraged me to keep on writing, singing and so on.
He was always there next to me listening and watching me, as he cuddled with his love.
I believe in the power of healings with animals. Love can heal a lonely soul.
I am a lonely soul now. I used to have 10 cats at home. Now, I've got only 3.
Frank is 16 years old, Sonya and Ositoy are 9. Mimmo was 9.
I rescued them when they were abandoned at 15 days old in a Hospital backyard.
I cry an Ocean. Perhaps, this is the reason why Tsunamis occur nowadays.
Happy Easter to one and all, my dear trusted friends at Net Hugs!!
My days are filled with emptyness without Mimmo's true unconditional love.
God may bless you all!!
All the Best.
Blessings,
Monica B. :(

THANK YOU, SWEET EVA FOR YOUR HEARTFELT PRAYERS AND KIND COMMENTS!!
YOU ARE A REAL SUPER FRIEND, FOR YOU UNDERSTAND HOW I FEEL.
YES!! I AM STILL GRIEVING THE LOSS OF MY BEST FRIEND, MY DEAR CAT MIMMO.
THE WORST PART IS THE FACT THAT THE VET KILLED HIM, INSTEAD OF HEALING HIM.
I MISS HIM SO MUCH!! THE HEALING PROCESS IS TAKING PLACE RATHER SLOWLY, EVA.
I KNOW, THE LORD WILL HEAL MY HEART ONE DAY...
YOU HAVE LOST YOUR DEAR PET, SO YOU UNDERSTAND ME SO WELL.
THANK YOU, EVA SWEETHEART, FOR BEING SUCH A PRECIOUS FRIEND!!
I SHALL RETURN SOONER OR LATER, EVA.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL, MY DEAR NET HUGS FRIENDS!!
IN GOD'S GARDEN,
MONICA B.
