Crying In The Graveyard

Crying In The Graveyard

She sits there alone
In that field of stone
Grieving for the one she loves
Though he's gone she prays he's above

As tears run down her cheek
Her knees get more and more weak
How long can her heart take this pain
will it drag her down like a ball and chain

Her tears fall down on that fresh dug dirt
Now she feels all alone and hurt
She prays someday they'll meet again
It is only then her heart will mend

She has lost loved ones in her past
But this one here might be her last
They was married for twenty-five years
He died at war so all she has is memories and tears

So let's pray for her loss we should all feel
For her man was no other than a navy-seal
Father watch over her, help her heart to mend
To You dear Father our prayers we send

Amen
