THRU' THESE EYES!

Dog spelled backwards spells God.

Thru’ these eyes,
I see love, kindness, peace
with harmony and tranquility,
hope of righteousness to increase.

Softly whispers a breeze
like a melody of love
as earth sings gloriously to God,
“We shall rejoice in heaven above.”

Yes, thru’ these eyes,
earth is quite grand…
But heaven is more
with wonders and miracles planned.

Being humble------
on our knees we plead
for redemption of our sins
for God’s mercies we heed.

Brenda,. I love your poem! I can imagine you in your beautiful Kentucky surroundings, enjoying the new beauty that begins to waken all around us this time of the year, and I can almost feel the awe you must feel. When we began to see our surroundings opening up to envelope the beauty of spring, it puts a new joy and hope in our hearts that makes us feel so greatful for our surroundings and, even more jubilant and eager for the beauty of heaven that awaits us someday.

Reading your poem makes me feel eager and happy that "spring has begun".
Love and prayers, Shirley B
