Santa Could Be Watching

Out there beneath
The light of the stars
Planes are moving
Like passing cars

The wind is still
And the moon is bright
Everything silhouettes
On this snowy night

Children are sleeping
Tucked away in their beds
With dreams of Christmas
Running through their heads

It won't be long now
Until Christmas Eve
The night our Saviour
Was born among the sheep

Each day and each night
As we all count down
Until that very night
Santa comes into town

Then in the morning
Like a spring of fresh air
Children will run to the tree
To see what Santa left there

Then as they unwrap
With that gleem in their eyes
They'll open each package
To find their surprise

So go to sleep each night
As bed time rolls around
For Santa could be watching
With out making a sound

TO SOME WE SEEM LIKE A GENIOUS
TO SOME WE SEEM LIKE A FOOL
BUT OUR WORDS OF POETRY
IS JUST OUR EXPESSION TOOL
