OUR VALENTINES CHALLENGE HAS BEGUN

Remember, at the end of our Halloween challenge, I promised you a Valentines Challenge? Well, here it is. So, start writing and posting now.
Remember, our challenges are for fun,
so hurry up,
and let's have some.

Make them short, make them long,
make them a song.
Make them sad or make them sweet,
make them sweep me off my feet.
Try to make them rhyme,
just get them in before Valentines.


Here is one to get us started off.








~MY VALENTINE BROUGHT TO ME~




He brought to me a rose so fair
For me to fasten in my hair

He brought to me chocolate
So smooth, creamy and rare

~My Valentine Promised Me~

Love that was true and would last
Until all eternity had passed

He promised to always be true
And, never make me feel blue

~My Valentine Said, To Me~

His lady so beautiful and fair
For me he would forever care

He, said I am his one true love
That I am his cute turtle dove

~My Valentine Sang To Me~

A song so full of love and romance
A song that made my heart just dance

A song of love so real and true
That thrilled my heart thru and thru

~My Valentine Gave To Me~

He gave to me a kiss tender and sweet
He completely swept me off my feet

He gave to me a beautiful ring
That made my heart really sing

Redneck Valentine


Now hunny ya knows I luvs ya
So much it might be a crime
But, I wanted to write these words
For ya a redneck Valetines

My buddies tell me cupid
Done shot me with his bow
They claim he hit me in the butt
but, heck i don't realy know

They say I went plum loco
When I first layed eyes on you
They said, with your big ol nose and buck teeth
I'm just a love sick crazy fool

But hunny I don't see that
All I see is my beauty queen
No matter how grouchy you git
Or say things that are so mean

I luv ya hunny with my heart
I thought I'd let ya know
Though some claim I'm deformed
And my brain is down in my big toe

Now hunny I hope ya like my card
That I'm sendin straight to you
And please don't be mad and angry
At your love sick crazy fool

Just come runnin to give me a hug
Then tip it off with a kiss or two
And to heck with everyone else
We'll go off, and start our own redneck gene pool

Would You Be My Valentine?


Would you cross your heart?
Or, would you cross your fingers?
Would you forever be my Valentine?
As long as our love still lingers

Would you tell me you love me?
Would you seal it with a kiss?
Now, could you do that one more time?
In case there was something I missed?

Would you accept my card,
That I selected just for you?
Just a sign of my love!
I pray that you like it too!

Would you bring on that smile?
That lights up your precious face
And those star sparkling eyes
Are just reflections sent from Grace

Would you be my Valentine?
Could we share our loves?
Am I fealing the butterflies?
Or it is it beating from love doves?

Oh Lady Sweet, thou art the one,
Who does bewitch my aching heart.
Enchanted by your loving smile,
I’m here so close, yet we’re far apart.

Would it be so that a sign you’d give,
To beckon me right to your side.
And then to share with me one glance?
Perchance your feeling you would not hide?

For Lady Sweet, of you I dream,
Each and every lonely night,
And in my thoughts you do remain,
Throughout the solitary hours of daylight.

For I have fallen for your smile,
Your glistening eyes, your womanly charms.
Oh what would I give just to spend,
One moment in your loving arms.

Oh Lady Sweet, do I exist,
Within that busy heart of thine?
Or am I destined, just to be,
Your unwanted Valentine.

~LIKE TWO STARS~


On a starry night of midnight blue,
You loved me with a heart, so true.


First, you delicately, nibbled on my ear,
As you held me so tenderly near.


Your fingers flowing down my spine,
My whole body felt so divine.


Tantalizing me with your finger tips,
As you tauntingly kissed my waiting lips.


The night exploded into a million stars,
As, we went shooting up to Mars.


We were like two stars colliding in space,
Then we floated down to a gentler place.
