On Halloween the spooks come out
To have a little fun
They hide around the corners
Jumping out at everyone
Now and then the fun is turned
That's when they get a scare
Children donned in spooky dress
They're roaming everywhere
The ghosts and goblins, bats and ghouls
Witches and skeletons too
Will shriek themselves when face to face
They come with some of you
It's all in fun, this night of nights
As these attempt to scare
And fun is had by one and all
For those who this night dare!
