Our lives without true friends
Will be like open fields without rain.
Who will be there to share our days?
I guess there won't be healings hands to wipe tears away.
Our lives without true friends
Will be like no water in empty roads.
No one will give caring hands, warm hugs,
No shoulders will be there to lean on.
I guess I am running dry without good friends.
My lonely tears soak the road I walk...
Why won't they give me a chance and talk?
They only bury my tears in the sand.
I pray to the Lord, my dear true friend,
To let me plant a big harvest of love seeds
Into living and caring hearts to the end.
Would you care to be my true friend?...

This is an old poem that I have decided to change a little bit, and share it with you at Net Hugs.
By the way, tomorrow, Monday, September 23rd is my birthday. I'll spend it alone...
